OChaCha (11th Dec 2008)

After dragging my vegetarian fren for an almost all meat meal.... I decided to follow her to run her errands... as I felt slightly, ever so slightly guilty that I did that to her... :P


So off we went to Raffles city shopping centre... and I went to Ochacha for a snack... dessert while she went around to get her stuffs. :)


This was what we ordered...

My fren had ordered the warm one... and I the Ochacha rocks :P

Matcha Panna Cotta
this was one of my favorite dessert there, along with their Tiramsu....

I like Green Tea foodstuffs quite a bit, cause I am not a fan of the tea itself... unless it's come with lots of milk and it's cold :P This place served quite a number of Green tea infused stuffs.... it's definitely a good place to hang out with some frens... but i do wish they have more comfortable seating, to allow long leisure chatting :)

Spicy food should always follow by my favorite sickening sweet Milk Tea with lots and lots of milk. and there is of course a need for some kaya toast.. :) *Heaven*


My favorite teh ka da!!! which is Tea with extra milk!!! :P

And their great Kaya toast with butter!!!

Saved the last bit for my flickr buddies...but... couldn't resist... so I popped it into my mouth...

My visit was.... a disappointment... cause the milk tea was not sweet enough... I should have told them to change it... but I decided it could be a one off thing... and it was... proved by the take away teh... *slurps*

After a mushroom meal... I headed to my "no-more" favorite green tea place for desserts.... and it became a "less than satisfactory" dessert...

Matcha Honey Cake - These were rather cute... they are petite little cupcakes... we have a few different flavours... let me think ... we have the matcha one.. brownie one... and butterscrotch one. but they are just a bite... not big on size nor taste.








Matcha Panna Cotta - Italian creamy dessert with matcha flavor

I admit that this is one of my favorite dessert there... It was definitely a spoon licking good! but this time round... I saw a roach doing catwalks on my panna cotta... I quickly slam the coaster-wooden-plate thingie on the mouth... and quickly gave that to the staff there!!! this totally put me off any matcha things for a while...

okie... I only like the mousse part of this thing...





I had eaten at some horrible places... with roaches and stuffs... but this really take the cake... I don't think I would want to patronize the place for a while... Actually it didn't last... cause I went back the next day to have a iced lychee cha.. but NO MORE DESSERTS for me.
